    This is both praise & prayer, but I wanted to put it in the praise section, because I've so much to be thankful for.

    The Nonstress Test (NST) & amniotic fluid good. Sophia was a movin & a shakin right away for once. Doc gave her recommendations from a traditional medical standpoint, but is letting me wait longer instead of doing any interventions since Sophia is doing well.

    My cervix is still at 1cm, but is soft.

    I have to go in to the hospital on Sunday for another NST since the doctor's office is closed on Monday. Please pray that Sophia either comes before then, or that all continues to be well and that the hospital doesn't freak when they see I'm 42+ weeks.

    Yesterday, I was able to talk with another VBAC woman who had her baby this April at 43 weeks 2 days. She was so glad she waited for her body to start the birth process on it's own. Her labor was only about 6 hours, and was not as bad as the induced labor had been. Her previous c-section story was a lot like mine.

    Bottom line is that I want to do what is best & safe for baby Sophia & me. May God give me wisdom & confidence in what that is. Today I felt such a confidence & peace in my decision to continue to wait. My body has been feeling pretty good the past couple of days, except that my lower back has been a bothering me some (but maybe that's a good sign). May God guide and protect us.
